Teams of Our Lady is an international Christian lay movement that works to enrich married spirituality for couples who seek to live their marriages sacramentally, to enrich married spirituality and make good marriages better. Teams provide new opportunities to increase and improve prayer life, helping couples support each other and grow closer to God and to each other.

Individual Teams comprise up to six couples with a Chaplain or Spiritual Counsellor. As of January 2021, Great Britain has 103 Teams with 400 couples and 70 Chaplains or Spiritual Counsellors.
