FORMATION. COURSE.
The Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) is an internationally recognised qualification that provides participants with an understanding of the basic, foundational teachings of the Catholic faith.

The CCRS is managed and awarded by the Board of Religious Studies (BORS) on behalf of the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales; it is designed primarily for teachers in Catholic schools, but it is open to anyone who wishes to deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith. It comprises 8 modules (Old Testament, New Testament, Jesus Christ, Church, Sacraments and Christian Morality) and is assessed through written assignments through the course.
